2026 AMBITION Lab

Ambition 2026 is a 30-day Foundation Sprint that initiates a full year of self-authored transformation. It is designed for individuals who are entering a transition and require a clear orientation and a modern ambition model that can function effectively in a changing world.

The program provides a future-facing operating system built around identity, exploration, and adaptive action. In the first 30 days, participants install this system through a focused, guided sprint. Over the following year, they evolve, update, and apply it through a self-directed practice supported by the Human Innovation Institute.

Ambition 2026 is designed for people who understand that ambition today extends well beyond certainty or prediction, and opens new spaces of possibilities for identity, adaptability, and clarity to navigate transition.

At its core, the Ambition 2026 Lab helps participants answer four essential questions:

  • Who am I becoming?

  • Where is my next chapter emerging?

  • How do I navigate change with stability and clarity?

  • What are the moves I make as I evolve?

This is the starting point for a year of intentional transformation grounded in self-authorship and rising agency.

Transformational Change

Ambition 2026 is built on a simple idea. People create meaningful change when they understand who they are becoming, where their next chapter is headed, and how to navigate shifting conditions.

The program helps participants build this capability through a sequence of identity orientation, navigation training, and real-world action. As participants apply the Ambition operating system, they evolve in parallel with their decisions, opportunities, and environment.

The program creates change by helping participants:

  • Establish a stable orientation grounded in identity and purpose

  • Identify the arenas where growth and opportunity are already occurring

  • Build navigation capability for a world that ix in rapid change

  • Generate momentum through short-term action aligned with who they are becoming

  • Update direction continually as identity and conditions evolve

  • Move through the year with coherence, clarity, and agency

The result is a self-authored transformation initiative that strengthens a person’s ability to navigate personal, professional, and systemic transition.

Who This Is For

Ambition 2026 is designed for individuals who are entering a period of transition and need a new way to define their direction, build momentum, and navigate change. It serves people who are rethinking the relationship between identity, work, contribution, and the future they want to create.

This program is for those who:

  • Feel a shift in who they are becoming and want clarity to match it.

  • Are navigating a career transition or reimagining their professional trajectory.

  • Sense that the old ambition model no longer fits the realities of their life or the world.

  • Want a structured way to make coherent decisions in uncertain or rapidly changing conditions.

  • Are ready to design their next chapter rather than wait for direction from external forces.

  • Carry emerging opportunities or ideas that need clearer orientation and an organized operating system.

  • Want a year of grounded progress supported by identity clarity, exploration, and adaptive action.

Program Overview

Ambition 2026 begins with a 30-day Foundation Sprint that installs a new operating system for how participants navigate change. The Sprint focuses on identity, exploration, and adaptive action rather than fixed goals or rigid plans.

After the first 30 days, participants move into a self-guided year supported by quarterly recalibration sprints and an asynchronous digital platform. This structure helps them maintain clarity, update direction as their ambition evolves, and take consistent action in the real world.

The program is designed for a world where change is constant and plans expire quickly. Ambition 2026 gives participants the capability to orient themselves, align their next chapter, and advance through a dynamic year with agency.

What You Will Build

Ambition 2026 gives participants a set of capabilities and structures that support real progress throughout 2026. The focus for this project is on building the internal architecture needed to navigate transition with clarity and momentum, supported by expert facilitators.

Participants will build:

  • A long-term orientation grounded in identity and direction.

  • A defined set of exploration arenas where growth and opportunity are emerging.

  • A short-term execution rhythm that adapts to shifting conditions.

  • A navigation-centric operating system for making coherent decisions.

  • A personalized Year Map that evolves as they evolve.

  • The capability to self-author their year with confidence and agency.

Design Principles

Ambition 2026 is built on a modern operating logic developed over the course of the past 25 years of personal and professional transformation. These principles guide how participants orient, navigate, and build momentum throughout the sprint and the year that follows.

Orientation

Direction comes from identity, purpose, and values

Navigation

Participants learn to adjust course in real time based on emerging signals.

Transformation

Identity and priorities evolve while the work is being applied.

Adaptive

Ambition becomes a dynamic capability that exists beyond 2026

The three altitudes of action

Long-term identity, medium-term arenas, and short-term moves working together.

Self-authorship

Participants learn to design and update their own direction.

Emerging-future

Action is guided by real signals and emerging opportunities.

Change-agility

Participants build the capacity to update their path as they change.

The Self-Authored Year

After the 30-day Foundation Sprint, participants move into a year-long transformation cycle that they design and direct themselves. The Institute provides structure and continuity without imposing a fixed path. The result is a full year of identity evolution, exploration, and adaptive action.

Personalized Year Map

Participants leave the Sprint with a Year Map they created themselves. It includes their identity direction, exploration arenas, updating rhythms, and evolving commitments. This map changes throughout the year as they change.

Quarterly Calibration Sprints

Every quarter, participants engage in a short recalibration sprint to review direction, refine arenas, update operating logic, and identify new opportunities. These sprints act as alignment points that keep the year coherent.

Asynchronous Digital Platform

The program includes an ongoing async environment with weekly prompts, monthly reflection cycles, discussion threads, and shared insights. The platform supports progress without requiring real-time attendance.

Optional Micro-Sprints

Participants can choose short, high-intensity accelerators including seven day resets, ten day bursts, twenty one day capability cycles, or thirty day identity updates. These options create targeted momentum when needed.

The self-authored year is where the operating system becomes a lived experience.
